Ride Don't Hide

Ride Don't Hide Vernon is back! We're gathering together in person for 2023. Imagine if youth in our community could get connected with the resources and services right away before their mental health severely impacts their families, relationships, housing, education, or employment. By joining CMHA Vernon on September 16 and participating in CMHA's Ride Don't Hide, you are helping us raise essential funds for core services and critical programs that work to keep young people out of crisis and support them with the mental health help they need when they need it.
