Scaling for Success: Focused Marketing

This is the first part in a four-part Scaling for Success workshop series hosted by the Greater Vernon Chamber and the Women’s Enterprise Centre. 

What do you think of when asked about marketing strategy? Your website? Advertising? Maybe referrals or ratings? There are many tactics that can be used to achieve your overall marketing goal. However, tactics are only as effective as the strategy behind them— the WHY of marketing.

In this interactive workshop, participants will take part in lively hands-on and breakout activities to guide them through the process of building a sound marketing strategy.

Using tactics that make the most sense for your specific business motivation, market and budget, our Facilitator, Cathy Burrell, will work with you to understand:

• WHY you need a clear understanding of who your best customer is
• WHAT message and tools will work best for YOU and your ideal customers
• HOW you will reach your ideal customers using marketing tools
• WHAT actions you will take to achieve your marketing goals
