UBCO: Employer Education

Expand your talent pool and connect with student talent across UBC Okanagan, Thompson Rivers University and the University of Northern British Columbia. These three institutions, through the Interior & Northern Work Integrated Learning (INWIL) Initiative, have developed an employer resource hub to support and address the regional challenges faced by our local small and medium sized organizations when it comes to engaging student talent. Along with these resources, INWIL is hosting a number of events for local organizations in the region. The ‘Employer Education Seminar’ series will introduce and walk you through how to utilize key regional resources for engaging in work-integrated learning, such as: including how to access funding supports, and guides to hiring and onboarding student talent.
