The Maintenance/Ranch hand Worker is responsible for providing maintenance support and upkeep to the building and property at Red Road Recovery.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and upkeep centre in good working orderChange light bulbs, fix toilets, washer/dryer, door handles, clean drain spouts, clean out gutters. Use truck and water tank to fill up cistern in lower parking lotTake garbage and recycle to bins @ bottom of drivewayAll exterior maintenanceDrive residents to appointments; doctors, eye exams, banks
